The Island Colony is only a short walk away from the ocean and has easy access to both the international marketplace as well as the trendy shops nearby. This is a quiet condo that sits overlooking the Ala Wai Golf Course and Canal.

Free local calls and high speed internet are available in this condo.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 twin beds that can be made into a king upon request and a queen sofa sleeper. Inflatable air beds are also available upon request.

On-site facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities and more. Guest Parking is available for only $18 per day. Guest planning to stay a month or longer can arrange for parking for only $135 per month.

Koko Resorts Management Office

Koko Resorts provides a centrally located management in case of the unexpected. Our office is located next door in the Waikiki Banyan on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 501. In addition, Koko Resorts provides other convenient amenities, FREE of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, basket balls, portable (folding) cribs, and high quality inflatable mattresses. Amenities may be checked out from our office on a first come basis.
