Condo suite is located on the 13th floor of the Four Paddle Resort and has a great view of the beautiful grounds of Fort Derussy and the ocean!

Save money and enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, FREE covered parking. Kitchen includes refrigerator, oven and range, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares. Washer and Dryer are conveniently located inside the condo itself. Large Flat Screen T.V. in the Living Room and smaller T.V. in the bedroom.

Convenient sleeping arrangements include both two twin sized bed in the bedroom that can be converted to one king upon request, along with a futon couch in the living room! Folding portable cribs and high quality inflatable air beds are available for no charge upon request.

The upscale lobby of the Four Paddle is completely secure, requiring a key to enter the building. The pool deck and picnic area, equipped with barbecue grill, are warm and inviting. The sauna is conveniently located near the pool.
